How To Apply
USE CAUTION WHEN USING YOUR IRON AT HOME. NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF TIME INDICATED IN THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW. MAKE SURE TO TURN OFF YOUR IRON WHEN DONE.Directions:- Turn your iron on and set it to Perm Press but DO NOT USE STEAM.
- Pre-press garment lightly for 10 seconds to remove moisture.
- Peel back thin clear film of iron-on.
- Place the iron-on (sticky side down) onto garment.
- Iron the area for 15 seconds applying LIGHT pressure while moving iron slightly. (If also applying an iron-on to the back, repeat steps 3,4,5 for the back side before moving on to step 6.)
- Remove the garment from ironing board and allow to cool completely (approx. 1-2 min.)
- Once cooled, slowly peel back any plastic film from the shirt, exposing the iron-on(s).
- Place garment back on the ironing board, place paper over iron-on area and press LIGHTLY again for 10 sec. (If also applying an iron-on to the back, repeat this step for the back side.)
- Once all pieces are on, turn off iron, lay shirt flat, wait 24 hours, then wash garment once as per washing instructions before wearing.
TIPS (very important):- Allow iron to fully warm up before applying iron-on.
- Use the small test piece which was included with your order on the shoulder or bottom of shirt before attempting larger pieces. Once you have determined that the test piece is on successfully, follow the same instructions for the remaining pieces.
- Stitching will affect how the iron-on adheres to shirt so do not apply over or near stitching or seams.
- If the iron-on image is larger than your iron, make sure the ENTIRE iron-on area receives the 15 seconds of heat.
- If you cannot peel the film from the shirt cleanly in Step 7, reapply heat for 5-10 more seconds using a little more pressure.
- 100% Cotton shirts may require 5-10 seconds and slightly more pressure for steps 5 and 8.
- Watch our video online at www.see-me-run.com for a video presentation on how to apply our iron-ons.
Washing Instructions:Always wash item inside out and as directed by garment. Dry low or hang dry.
